The property must be within the Parkdale neighborhood as defined above.

POSTING FEES:
Platinum members can post  one or two property for up to 360 days total per year free.
 Each additional posting is $20.
Gold members can post one or two properties for up 180 days total per year for free.
 Each additional posting is $20 for a 90 day posting.
Silver members can one property for up to 180 days total per year.
Non PLAN members, can post a property for up to 90 days for a fee of $25. 

ONE TIME SET UP FEE PER PROPERTY:
This is the cost to import your text and pictures and create a web page for a property.
Platinum members, first two properties free, three to five additional properties are $20 each,  more than five are $15 each.
Gold members, first property is free, each additional property is $20.
Silver members, first property is free, each additional property is $20.
Non members; the set up fee for each property is $25. 

BASIC SETUP YOU GET FOR THE ABOVE LISTED FEES:
Inserting up to ten photos in a slide show format into a web page.
The web page name will be the street number and street name of you property.
Inserting up to 500 words of text, via cut and paste, into a web page.
Linking the page to the left hand sidebar box titled "Properties in Parkdale for Sale or Lease.
